All requests for subsidy registration must be accompanied by a $25.00 deposit, payable to the Brain Injury Association of Alberta

Subsidy Criteria

Anyone on AISH, CPPD, or restricted/fixed income should apply for a subsidy.

*Limited amount of subsidies are available, so please apply early.

Step-by-Step Process

• Please complete the registration application form.
• Make a copy for your records
• Send the form along with a $25.00 deposit to Brain Injury Association of Alberta, 4916 50th Street, Red Deer, Ab T4N 1X7 Attention: Denni Wentzell.
• We will notify you of your eligibility

If you are eligible for this subsidy the $25.00 deposit will be applied to your conference fee.

Deposit Refund Policy

• If you are not eligible for this subsidy, your $25.00 will be refunded in the case that you no longer wish to attend the conference
• If you still wish to attend, then the $25.00 deposit will go towards the conference registration fee. (We will contact you to determine this)
