A deposit equal to (1) one night is required to hold each guest’s reservation. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

CANCELLATION
Deposits paid by individuals are refundable if notice is received by Westin Edmonton at least (7) seven days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

CUTOFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before March 6, 2009 in order to secure this rate. Reservations made after 5:00 p.m. on March 6th will be at the hotel’s prevailing rate and based on availability.

CANCELLATION
A written cancellation notice must be confirmed by Courtyard by Marriott – Edmonton 30 days prior to arrival to avoid charge. Cancellations between 15-30 days will be charged 50% of the cancelled room’s first night charges. Between 5-15 days the hotel will charge 75% of the cancelled room’s first night charges. Within 5 days before arrival date the cancellation amount will be 100% of cancelled room’s first night charges.
