Brochure Coming Soon!Alberta’s fourth biennial conference for Acquired Brain Injury will be held in Edmonton, Alberta; April 16 - 18, 2009 at the Shaw Conference Centre. The conference committee is looking forward to providing attendees with a unique experience. This will be a great opportunity for all attendees to share ideas and learn from others. The primary focus of the conference will be on innovations in research prevention and the implications for programming that are of interest to survivors, families, service delivery specialists, caregivers, employers and practitioners in the field of brain injury.
The Alberta Brain Injury Conference 2009 is organized through a partnership with the Southern Alberta Brain Injury Society, the Northern Alberta Brain Injury Society, the Central Alberta Brain Injury Society, the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program, the Edmonton Brain Injury Relearning Society and the Brain Injury Association of Alberta. The volunteer steering committee made up of the Executive Directors and Program Managers of the afore mentioned agencies, a Caregiver and a Survior, are working to bring to the Brain Injury Community a meaningful, well thought out series of presentations that will be valuable to all who attend.
